Here's the answer to your question: How can I change my group's administrator?

If your Administrator has changed for your practice, please provide us with the following information:

  • Current Administrator's name
  • New Administrator's name
  • New Administrator's date of birth
  • New Administrator's e-mail address
  • The last four digits of the new Administrator's Social Security Number.
We will create an account for the new Administrator with this information and send the login details to his/her e-mail address.
